Autopage
No service and no communication

I signed up for a Cell C contract through Autopage cellular on the 7th Of February. It is now the 12th of February (5 days later) and my sim is still not active. No explanation from Autopage, just that it seems active on their system. I am worried that I am signing myself into 2 years of abysmal customer service.
