On the 21st September 2012 I have settled my account with altech autopage lawyers which is Gerhard van der Merwe Attorney's. I have also paid a fee to them to remove the judgement from my name which they have done so cause i have received a rescinded letter from them to say its been removed. On the 14th of February i had a phone call from other attorney's that said that i still owe altech autopage fro the amount of R5300.00. I told the gentleman that i have paid up that account and he requested the documentation and proof of payment which i have send through to them. I have also phone altech autopage on the 14th February 2013 and i spoke to a gentleman by the name of Stearns Maluleke and he also requested the documentation which i have send to him on the 14th February 2013. He contacted me back and said that he did received the documents he will forward it through to the relevant people and the will call me back with in the next two days which nothing happened i have phoned him on the 05th March 2013 and he is not in the office for that day. So i need them to know i will contact my lawyers today.
