And here we go again and please before you come again with your useless answer that was already investigated with a help desk consultant and found to be exact the opposite, Mantao please you have my contact details I am sick of calling in with no results. MTN have again took my money and not give me what I paid for, again I purchase an 24 hour bundle and again it shows activated and again my standard internet bundle gets deducted while browsing. NOW PLEASE you owe me R100 now and I will lay charges of or soon, it is the principal of it not the money. The previous 24h bundle was found under investigation that it was activated the 22nd and expired the 21st, HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE!!! Refund me immediately or suffer the consequences. Do not come again with it expired and I did use it. Then please explain how my standard bundle keeps running. You can check that on your system. Resolve your Technical issues at the same time please, this is so unprofessional for a claiming leading telecommunication company. Remove the service if it can not be resolved.
