Misinformed, contract changed, NOT HAPPY

I sent this as an email on the 24th March, but my emails seem to be ignored.

As per our discussion Roderique, I explained that I specifically asked the lady (verbally) if it will be cut off and she said yes. That is the issue here! You already explained to me over the phone that this is not the case on the 2g 2g deal which I knew I signed up for.

I was still being charged R600 for something I was not aware of and something I specifically asked to not happen.

That is my problem!

On top of that, I now have a contract I didn't want in the beginning. I wanted the 2gb 2gb (ie 4gb) and I wanted it to be cut off after I used the data. I was told it would be. If I knew it only worked on the 2gb deal I would have gone with cell-c because they're cheaper. The Vodacom signal is also absolutely shocking.

Not happy at all - I WANT OUT OF THIS CONTRACT ALTOGETHER
