Took in my new BB Bold in for repairs on the 9 of April, first I have no clue why a phone I haven't had for 2 months already needs repairs, but yes technology happens. Now on the 19 I call to find out when I will b getting my phone back, only to find out that the repairs center has not received my phone, after a full 10 days? So I go to the mtn store, then the consultant blatantly to me after I over hear him speaking to the repairs agent over the phone. Then I'm told its RTT"s fault? I did not hand my phone to RTT but to mtn. Not having a phone I pay for is a high inconvenience, can this matter be investigated and can I please get the phone back. Its been 3 weeks.
