I have been battling to cancel our data section of our account from the 6th March, it is a month later and it has still not been cancelled. I have been transferred from department to department with absolutely no luck. The last person i spoke to told me to send an email with our username. I received an email from Hajra stating

Cnt do it
Cause I don't have acces to user name
Tks", Firstly, Telkom staff need to be trained to reply to there clients in a more professional and respectful way, and secondly, Hajra called me and transferred me to yet another department. If my request is not met by the close of business today, i will be escalating my complaint, this is ridiculous!!
