This matter is certainly not closed. Because it doesn't seem like anything is listening to a word I have to say!
You are not hearing what the problem is. Let me try and make it more clear:
1) I went to CellC to look at their deals, then to Vodacom to look at yours. Your 2gb 2gb was slightly better as it included a modem.
2) I asked for the 2gb 2gb data promotion (correct)
3) I then asked if once my 2g of data (day and night) ran out, will it cap? The answer given to me regarding this question was yes.
4) Thinking that it would cap, I left it running over night.
5) It did not cap and I was charged about R500 over the R149.
6) I was misinformed about how the 2gb 2gb data works.
Please listen to the recorded phone conversation with Cynthia on Friday &you will see I clearly explained all of this to her then. She then said she understood and would ask the manager if anything could be done and get back to me.
She never did.
7) I am now stuck with a 2gb only contract, where I wanted 4gb &I could have got the CellC deal &been very happy.
8) I have also had to pay R500 that I feel was very unfair considering point number 3.
I feel your last reply was rude &very inappropriate.
