Not able to get help with a account

II logged a complaint with Vodacom's department as someone had taken up a cellphone contract with my name. I called the customer care to find out how far was the investigation I was told that the matter has been resolved as the investigator said the contract was valid of which I don't understand how he got to resolving the matter as I was never contacted to tell me the process of the investigation. The lady that was assisting me from the service desk said the matter was closed due to me agreeing to the contract over the phone yet when I requested the transcript of the recording I was told they cant give out that information and I asked what number was I contacted on and she still could not give that information. On Saturday the 30th of November I went to the customer care center in Midrand and was told to log the complaint again of which I did and I was given a reference number EC-ZHC1-2PXW25 and I'm still waiting for the investigator to call me... I would like to have this matter sorted out ASAP as it is blocking me from applying for a homeloan as the bank needs proof that this account is not mine..
