I asked for a copy of my contract for the second time on 26 July. I received the Reference # S3-TVA22-233YY.
I was told that it could take anything from 1 day to 2 weeks for the request to be processed and my contract to be delivered. I told the lady that I requested my contract a while ago, but all that I received, was a one page shortened version, the cellphone insurance form, and a copy of my ID. She apologised for this, but that this new request will still take some time...
On 5 August I phoned, simply to ask about the progress. (Let me say that again: I, THE CUSTOMER, CALLED AGAIN!!)
All I was given, was another Reference # S3-TXH1E-E701B.
Yesterday I phoned customer care AGAIN... This time I was told that the second reference was closed.
I also was told that the first request is pending, and awaiting a copy of my ID. This was the first time I heard this.
I complained about this on twitter. I received a call-back, and the person said that if I emailed my ID, he would try to get my contract sent to me today.
I sent it... But again I had to call customer care. This time, I was told that I need to send a written request... And now I might only receive the contract next week.
