This is my second complaint with regards to the same problem!

Good day,
I've had a contract with 8ta for well over 2 years, pertaining to the 10GB package for 3G data at R199.
I'm still using the original SIM that I bought with the modem.
Around the end of September, I got a call from 8ta asking if I would like to renew my contract, for the same price plus getting an extra 10GB night owl. So I of course agreed.
I would like to request the voice recording from that conversation please.
For the month of October I got debited R418 instead of the usual R199.
And for the month of November I got debited R299.
Around 2 weeks ago I went onto 8ta's website and lodged a query, as of yet I have had no response or feedback.

You then gave me a reference number and told me an investigation is being conducted.
You then sent me an SMS saying the matter has been resolved!
HOW WAS IT RESOLVED? PLEASE TELL ME BECAUSE I HAVE NO CLUE!
I requested the voice recording when one of your sales guys told me I could renew the contract and pay the same price. Send me the voice recording! I am requesting it!
This is totally unacceptable!!
