Two weeks with a signed contract & still no stock

I signed my upgrade contact on the 25th of March. I was told by the consultant that I should receive my phone in a day or two.

I have been following up daily on when stock will arrive. Initial responses was: within a day or two. Now when I enquire it seems that nobody knows and the respondent would prefer not to answer me.

I already received the sms that my contract period has been extended. Thus there is no problem in locking me in for another term, but when it comes to actual service delivery it is a different story.
