I know about the seacom cable, but how does other isp's still provide full service. at work we have interexcell as our isp. but in this outage time they still deliver full service and there seems to be no problems, Mweb we are paying customers. i'm thinking of switching over to them since they offer better service which i can actually see they deliver. i hope my monthly billing will be less for the days i could not use it!
