ADSL not working

I have been offline from my internet since the 29/01/2013 and have been on the line everyday since then. I called the internet department first and then they check my user name and password and the general trouble shooting and they said my connection is fine and I must speak to technical. Was transfered and they did everything under the sun up to rebuilding my port and still nothing. They logged a fault 9CWK310113. Called back to chack on the fault and the case was resolved. I was still offline. Reported another fault 133CWK020213 and that was also closed. Then today I called again and logged another fault 656CWK040213 and they said it will be sorted out. I asked to speak to the manager and was put on hold with no sound just silence and it looked like the person put the phone down. They have reset my password 6 times and told me to restart my modem every hour and the connection will be restored. The other person said it is due to work that was being done on the line. This is my only means of income and I have been off since 30/01/2013. I am paying still for this service Uncapped and nobody is helping me. I have been a customer of Telkom for a very long time.
