We've been with 8ta since Feb. 2013 and have 3 contracts with them. We've done all our business @ the East Rand Mall Branch because it is the closest.
Again I have a problem, because my phone has a software issue. My Partner went and gave my phone in on Thursday 19/09/2013 and had to leave without ANY paperwork cause they were "offline". They said they will email it to us when they 're back online (the same day). On Friday and Saturday we phoned and asked if they have done it already and they said no. This morning 23/09/2013 when I phoned them I spoke to Kay. I asked her if the paperwork has been done already and she said yes. Still we haven't received any Paperwork she said she didn't know they must send it to us... I asked her if she'll send it to me and she said she will. Its been an hour now and still nothing. And also still my phone is laying there and has not been sent in.
At this stage I don't want the phone or contract anymore, I'm tired of ALWAYS have to have problems with 8ta and the staff!!!
