Bad Service From 8ta / Telkom Mobile

On the 10 of May 2013 the Jakaranda Children's Home applied for 'n 8ta mobile internet contract, the sales rep Patrick assured us that these type of applications take only 24 hours, After numerous visits to the store a week later...

1. I phoned their store manager, there was NO response and the number that is put up in the store has no answer
2. After about 2 weeks Patrick told me the contract was approved bu the system is not releasing the order (whatever that means)
3. So i went on the 8ta website and logged a complaint there after 1 day i got an email that stated the above that the contract was approved but the system is stuck on some or other credit vetting screen
4. During this whole process i went back to the store about 6 times and after 3 weeks Patrick was gone and I was no dealing with a certain Lungi, who at least started emailing me progress but all emails where the same "THE SYSTEM IS STUCK ON CREDIT VETTING"
5. IT IS NO 18 June 2013 AND i have mailed their complaint dept once again this morning.

This is really ridiculous and unacceptable by ANY companies standards and Every time the Telkom business or Telkom Mobile add comes on TV i get nauseated of all the
