At the end of January I went to the Vodashop in Lakeside Mall to change a business contract onto my name. I gave them all documentation that was needed - I was assisted by Thabo. He assured me that the change would be done by that Thursday. On the Thursday however I received a phonecall from him saying that he LOST the copy of my ID and I promptly e-mailed a copy to his e-mail adress. On the 6 of February (two weeks after te initial visit) I called the call centre to confirm that the change had been made - no surprise it hadn't. I phoned the shop and Neil assured me that he would sort it out and keep me updated. Never heard from him again. I poned the shop again on the 8th and spoke to a female manager. Se said that she would follow up and phone me right back. Never heard from her again!!! This is not bad service - I have received NO service!!
