Hi, I have a simple query. I go into their website to "contact them" punch in all my details then I must punch in a computer generated code QJX3... No matter how many times I enter it correctly and I call for help in my office, keep telling me... INVALID. I then go to instant chat... enter my details... JUST HANGS AND HANGS. I then phone and press option 3 for checking when I'm available for upgrade... asks me for a PIN - WHAT STUFFING PIN? I then phone two local telephone numbers: 0838691540 - No answer... then I PHONE REGIONAL OFFICE: 021 527 2000 - AGAIN... NO ANSWER...
