No stock to upgrade

This is the second time this happens to me at the same shop. I have 2 contracts for many years, I phoned Peter and asked when I can upgrade, he told me that i'm due. My phone is not working anymore so I drove from Sutherland to Worcester (250km) and 250km back. When I entered the shop I asked Peter to do the upgrade for me and tell me when the other contract is due for upgrade. He told me that theres no stock of phones and I can wait up to one and a halve month. I told him that I can't wait that long so he told me to go to a Gamestore. I was there but the contracts are more expensive. I ask him to do the contract cause I have drove a far way. I asked him if my son can collect the phone. He answered no I must come and sign. Another 500km. I asked him to show me the phones of about R145.00 p.m. He said that he got no dummys in that phones so look in the book. How can someone tell me that I must wait that long to collect my phone.

He never told me when my next contract is due. I want to cancel my contracts but then my numbers change and in my position in work I can not do that as my number is going to change. Please this is not service.
