BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE... WHATS NEW

I took out a VODACOM data bundle contract through Cellucity Somerset Mall in November 2012. To date i have not been able to use the dongle due to Signal problems. I approached Cellucity, and the Branch Manager Charl Van Wyk, He then sent an email on 18 March 2013 to wctrade@vodacom, and again on 30 March 2013. requesting feedback/response. To date Vodacom has not bothered to contact them or myself.

I have since taken a contract through Cell C for the same data bundle, which not only costs me half the price, but also, I have been able to enjoy the use of the product.

I am paying R149.00 per month for a product that i CANNOT USE, and in these economic times, I cannot throw my good money away.

As per the emails sent to Vodacom, there is a request for a credit. I would like confirmation from Vodacom, as to when i can get my money back. And i want this contract cancelled as it seems that this is an ongoing problem in the area.
