Billing and no quality customer service

My March account is os high, it can touch the sky. After lodging a complaint about it two weeks ago I was given a refrence number 3041600324 or 3041504832, to date not one Cell c person contacted me. According to my contact I was to reveive 100 free minutes, 100 free sms and 400MB a month on my contract, cant understand how my account for march is so high and Im being charged for data. i have a S3 which calculates exactly howmuch data I have used since I reveived the phone and to data since receiving the phone have not exceeded my data limit at all. Cell c needs to respond urgently

Also Cell c tried to sort out the bad reception for calls and 3g in the Craletonville Fochville area and said they will be on top of it in a matter of months. I suggest if u look for new contract and live in the West of johannesburg from Krugersdorp to Carletonville dont take Cell C, service and reception, even when they calkl u to help theri help and no after service feeback
