I already reported Cell C twice on Hello Peter since January 2013. It is a continuous struggle to get something fixed that THEY at Cell C messed up. After every complaint, they do a little, then disappear, without taking the problem through to the end. First they mess up my contract, then they give me no data, then they give me "discount" then I get no invoice, then they do not deduct monthly instalments!! Pathetic!! I was promised by Nelly, in writing, that she will in future handle all my queries - now she does not even bother to rely to my e-mails to her. I ask Cell C: WHAT MORE MUST I DO?? Are you completely incompetent? I am so sorry that I took out the contract with Cell C - another 22 months of awaits me, by the look of things...
