Waiting almost 3 months 4 my bold 9900 that is in

I gave in my bold at the end of December. I got it back early in January and was really surprised to receive the phone back so soon. But unfortunately the phone wasn't touched at the repair centre, they've asked for form and proof of payments. Now its almost 3 months that my phone is in, I am very unhappy I'm still paying the full amount to use this bold but unfortunately I'm using a old curve. When I ask for assistance in the shop or wants to find out how far my phone is, I always get "the system is offline/the system is slow" how can you run a bussiness with a system constantly not working? This is really not the type of service I'm paying for. It is not the first time that my phone is in with the same problem. at the end of my contract im defnitly taking away my contract from Autopage.
