Vodacom are Deceitful. Questionable Integrity

I bought a s7 slimtab wich went for repaired more than 3 times. They refused to exhange the piece of they sold to me. I built a bridge and got over it. Then on my blackberry phone I had a 24 month contract and with free BIS, then they started charging me for a portion of the BIS, I questioned it and am still waiting for the application documents that I signed for the past 5 months or more. Now on Sunday my BIS on my blackberry just stopped working after a friend of mine visited a store with no proof of identity to enquire as to what phones I can upgrade to (Vodacom Chatworth). I called Vodacom to tell them about my BIS not working and they informed me that I upgraded my contract in March 2011 from a blackberry to another Blackberry in the 21st month. So now they stopped my BIS in the 24th month but my contract must run for 27 months and I must pay my premuim for 27 months. My contract was legally signed from March 2011 and ends March 2013... Right?... Not according to Vodacom. I pay R570 pm just for the premuims monthly and they crying for R60 x 3... You have lost me as a customer, I cannot deal with a company with no dignity.
