I have sent my Blackberry 9360 in for repairs and after the fifth time, the problem is worse than ever. They keep telling me there is nothing they can do just send it in for repairs and i have twice been to the actual repair centre and even there the problem was not fixed. MTN does not help they always play neutral but cant seem to help a customer. I have just got the phone back and it hasn't even been a day now it wont even switch on. this has been a problem since last year and I am tired of poor service from MTN.
