Unprofessional and bad service

Battling to get 2 new contract phones ported to Vodacom. Decided to change 2 phone contracts from MTN to Vodacom. After making enquiries ahead of the MTN contracts expiring and being promised by Vodacom that they would ensure that the porting happens on the 1 april 2013, we have still not had any success, it is now the 7th April and still they have not been able to port the numbers.

I have been patient in trying to get this resolved and eventually went in to the store on FRriday 5th Apr and have been dealing with Leslie. The only reason I am raising this complaint is because of the bad additude of Leslie whom I tried to contact today Sun 7th April several times only to be told he is either on lunch or has just stepped out and would return the call when he is back. He did not return the call and I eventually got hold of him at which point he became argumentative, saying it was not his job to sort out the issue and we had to wait for an admin person who would only be in on Mon. As a representative of the Vodacom brand, his handling of this matter was very unprofessional and makes me regret ever trying to give this business to Vodacom
