NEOTEL DEBIT ORDERS

I cancelled my account with Neotel on the 28th May 2012 and received confirmation of receipt of the email. Since the above period my account continued to be debited
As follows:
30th May - R 422.47. 30th June - R 336.42, 30th July - R 346.78
30th August - R 534.66, 30th September - R 322.04, 30th October - R 325.77
Total: R 2288.14

I have called Neotel numerous times during the above in order to try to rectify, in addition I have also called their office and spoken to various individuals from Aniwsa (ref: 5702249) to Thabo (called 20/11/2012 at 12:39pm) and other individuals. Each time the assurance was given that the query would be rectified, however it never was, and my account continued to be debited. The most recent call I received was on the 23rd from a lady from Neotel, who said they would be prepared to refund me only for one month only (which hasn't happened).
I find this totally unacceptable.
Outcome required: Neotel to refund me R 1865.67
