Neotel issued a credit notice on my account on the 26 June 2013. I have contacted Neotel at least four times over the last few months and still have not received the money due to me. I have another phone rental account with them and if this is not sorted out within the week, I'll be cancelling that account. I refuse to put up with this kind of service any longer.
