I took my Blackberry Torch in for repairs and the lady who helped me, Boitumelo had a very bad attitude. She didn't even give me any documentation as proof of me taking the phone in. She LAZILY told me to come back after two weeks to check up on the phone. I went back to Mtn to check up on the progress. My phone was still not fixed, what's worse is the staff couldn't trace the progress of the repairs because I had no MSISDN number.
Having to wait for such a long time only to be told that my phone would have to be replaced, was rather annoying.
No one knows when the phone will arrive, and I currently don't have a phone. I have been inconvenienced in a way that leaves me wishing I had chosen a different network!
