On the 18 th of March my Telkom phone and adsl line went dead, I reported it the next day
to Telkom. It is almost 3 weeks and still no service. How is it possible that Telkom cant restore
the service in a 15 day time period? I think this is pathetic!!! I am definetly not going to pay for the adsl and
Voice line rental.
Maybe its time to give Safricom or Neotel a chance.
