Repair service/ battery dissappeared

Refer jobno 8723394-02512329. I handed in my Blackberry phone with the battery because the phone switched itself off all the time. When I collected the phone- a software upgrade was done and I was told that the battery was not signed in... My mistake - I did not tell them to do their job properly. I eventually insisted to talk to the manager and requested to have a copy of the video that was recorded that day, so that I could prove that my battery was handed in (even though I had company that also confirmed the handing in of the battery). I was promised that they will do so and respond by Wed 3/4/2013. Strangely enough - the battery is out of stock everywhere. I eventually bought a battery that fitted - though not original. SINCE THEN my phone stopped working completely.
I have to date heard nothing about the video recording...
I still do not have a working instrument...
Since I live in Tzaneen, I will not be able to return the instrument

WHAT do I do now?
PLEASE DO SOMETHING TO THIS TYPE of SERVICE.
