I just wonder, has the sales person at Battery Centre Tzaneen lost his mind?
That or there must be a logical explanation as to why he refused to replace the faulty battery I bought from him!
I fitted the new battery in my motorcycle and it leaked the acid!
After cleaning the bike aand the battery, I asked my wife to give Battery centre a call and tell them what happened. The sales person we bought it from told her that it may be that the motorcycle is overcharging the battery. But he asked that we bring it in so he can check it. She thanked him and hung up. I heard the whole conversation, as it was on speaker!
My son took the battery in the next day, and the sales person told him that he will not sell us another battery, as my wife allegedly call him stupid! He gave my son a refund!
Firstly, where did he hear this? I was with my wife when she made the call and she never said that he was stupid!
Secondly, now I'm completely without a battery! He did not even give the old one back!
Will he pay if my bike gets damaged from standing? He better hope this doesn't happen!
Sir, you should not be working with the public if you can't hear properly!
Don't sell damaged goods either.
