MTN's Network not up to scrach!

I am constantly receiving problems in the Bela Bela area were my phones and other people's phones says searching for signal and i have to reboot my handsets and Router in order to connect to MTN's Cellular and data networks. I have reported this problem to mtn's network coverage department no. 27839001212 yesterday and received a reference no.00003363946 and the operator promised to give me feedback before the end of the day. No person called back and this problem was not sorted out. When i called this number back early last night, there was a answering machine informing me that there office hours are Mondays to Fridays from 08:00 to 17:00. This morning after having to restart my iPhone again and having to reboot my router again, i called the Customer services helpline on 173 and the operator was unable to assist me, but offered to re-log my query which will not receive attention before Monday or i could call the network department on Monday myself.
I am having 3 MTN lines and my wife and there small company have /- 12 MTN lines and all of these lines with a wide verity of handsets and equipment have the same intermitted problems. Did MTN get to big to care about us as Customer?
