FRUSTRATION AT BAD SERVICE

SONY CELL PHONE (STILL UNDER GUARANTEE) HAS BEEN RETURNED TO VODACOM 3 TIMES WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT AND EVERY TIME IT TAKES APPROXIMATELY 21 DAYS FOR THEM TO ATTEND TO THE SAME PROBLEM. I AM A BUSINESS PERSON AND NEEDS MY CELL PHONE FOR BUSINESS AND CANNOT AFFORD TO BE WITHOUT IT EVEN FOR A DAY. AFTER BEING RETURNED TO ME FOR THE 3RD TIME, IT IS NOW WORSE OFF THAN WHAT IT WAS BEFORE IT WAS SENT TO THEM THE FIRST TIME.
