I'VE HAD ENOUGH NOW!!!

THIS IS THE MOST PATHETIC SERVICE RECEIVED, AFTER THE SECOND TIME OF SENDING THE REFURBISHED PHONE IN FOR REPAIRS, RECEIVED THE PHONE BACK ON FRIDAY BUT IS STILL NOT WORKING (NOT READING THE SIM FOR BIS), EVER SINCE IVE BEEN TRYING TO EXPLAIN MYSELF TO ABOUT 6 PEOPLE TO JUST GET SOMEONE TO TELL ME TAKE THE PHONE BACK! FOR THE 3RD TIME! PRISILLA KAI, A MANAGER FROM CALL CENTRE JUST SAID SORRY BUT TAKE THE PHONE BACK. SINCE FEBRUARY IVE BEEN WITHOUT MY PHONE CAUSE ITS BEEN IN FOR REPAIRES. AND NOT LIKE IT HELPS TO COMPLAINT BECAUSE ALL THAT GETS SAID IS - SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE CAUSED! I AM GOING TO THE OMBUDSMAN WITH THIS MATTER.
