Telkom need to get their act together!
It is a shame that a company like Telkom who knows very well that they are the only line providers in SA just cant deliver the service.
My ADSL line is been down now for 4 days, plus last month also many days.
You call then and they log a fault but no one get back to you or fix the problem. As someone that need the interent for my business and need this to work 24h per day.
I called again this morning and the lady just informed me that the fault is not closed yet. I asked if I can speak to someone that could give me more info as to when the line will be working? Plus I dont want to scream at the wrong person. Guess what she done, she put me on hold... I was on hold for 22 minutes and then decide that this is not working and that I need to come here to get hopefully some sort of answer and action.
I really wish there was other service providers so I could just cancel and move over!
The fault report number is 124CTK040413, as you can see this was loged yeterday, however I have called many times before.
All I want is the service I am paying for!! And I want it now, how hard can it be??
Lets see if they will respond and fix this issues!??
