My original complaint of 26/3 refers. Last feedback states "... I have been advised... that the matter has been resolved..." What happened to good old follow up and checking with the client if he is happy with service received? Guess what Vodacom, the matter has NOT been resolved. If it had been, I would have been using my new cell phone already. Your pathetic call centre has once again failed to take the trouble to contact me and resolve my problem. Tumelo is all talk and promises with no action.
But don't worry, my existing two contracts expire this year. Guess what I'll NOT be doing...
