Referring back to my previous complaint about your call centre. I was told that on my next invoice i will be credited with the call that i wasted on phoning Nashua mobile. I received my invoice today and no credit is shown.
Secondly, why am i getting billed for "airtime" when i receive *free minutes, *free sms' and *free data. is going on???
Sort this out... Phone me.
Dont say one thing and do the exact opposite. This is not customer service...
