I have been trying to log on to the net and other BIS services and have no luck since yesterday morning. I cannot receive emails, make calls or receive and send smses due to no network. It is quiet frustrating as the phone is now useless. I have tried calling the call centers and due to the poor reception this leads to dropped calls. when I do get through all they say is this is a problem that you are working on and they are not sure when the network will be stable again.
This is unacceptable service and if Cell C cannot provide a stable network then I want my two contracts cancelled with immediate effect. I have been a cell C client for the past 5 years and have now had enough.
