Difficulty top open account?!?

I was at the 8ta / Telkom store in Rosebank about 3 weeks ago to open up an internet contract.

I completed all forms and submitted all the required documentation.

I make more than R50k a month and is trying to open up a R200 date contract.

Your credit vetting department - probably all with only a primary school qualification insist my bank details does not exists. Neither the helper at the store can see any fault. I sure can't see any faults as the details on the form / bankstatement as well as the info captured on the Telkom system agree!!!
Your call centre can't resolve this!!!
Rosebank staff can't resolve this!!!
Numerous emails to 8ta customer care can't resolve this!!!
So it is not a surprise why Telkom shares is Rock Bottom!!!
