I phoned Telkom to sort out our business' fax to e-mail problem, which we are already waiting on for 3 weeks.(meaning, our business is already standing still for 3 week as we don't get any of our faxes) I spoke to a lady called Refilwe, who was very rude to me. Her or Telkom's lines are very bad. She started screaming at me telling me that it's my line with the problem, but i can hear all other calls very clearly, as I am reception. I TRIED telling her that we can't fix any problems if she keeps on screaming and talking over me as i try explaining my problem to her, but she just kept on interrupting me, talking over me and screaming at me. I then eventually asked her to put me through to her supervisor, where she then cut me off. This is not the kind of service I am expecting from such a big company as Telkom. We are now discussing to change our lines to a more friendly and more helpful company, even if it costs us a little more, we won't have to deal with any rude, screaming, bad attitude providers such as Refilwe at Telkom.
