I'd like to commend Joyce for the effort she put in ensuring speedy resolution regarding the UNISA Deal offering that I previously had issues with due to non-delivery of the promised product offering. I received a call from Joyce and she followed up with me until the promised product was delivered after weeks of frustration on my side.
