Altech has billed me incorrectly - Brian Maleka did assist me once and this issue was meant to be resolved, however Altech has continued to bill me incorrectly. When the call centre is called - people promise to return your call, but nothing happens.
I suppose maybe its because I've decided to end my contract that people dont wish to be of any assistance.
Sad customer service!
