About a month ago, I made a complaint here about Webafrica... The next day they called me and offered apologies and promised to perform the upgrade of my line that I had requested, they said it would take 7-10 days for the upgrade, I was already displeased with this waiting time but I was forced to accept it (I had already been waiting quite a while). It has now been another whole month and they have NOT given me any feedback (which they promised to give) and they have NOT upgraded my line. Webafrica has not delivered on their explicit promises and I do not recommend using them as an ISP. I will probably change over to Mweb in the very close future
