The vodaworld store is under renovations when I arrived and the support department was operating from a kiosk. I needed to do a number of things on my products, updating, partitioning and reinstalling and even back ups. Blayne was very insightful and positive about me and my problems. Given the situation of the store and its resources at the time he went beyond to solve my problems and even educated me further with the use of my products. Blayne was really a great help and would make me come back any day!
