I have been trying to get a cellphone contract's ownership changed since last year December. I have electronically sent all the required documents to the branch at Blue Route Mall as well to the customer service centre.
When ever I phone the branch they have no idea what I'm talking about and the people that answer the calls are so unprofessional and lack any training to actually assist. Their response is always to just e-mail them again... into the blackhole that is their inbox.
I'm am so sick and tired of trying to get something so simple done by these people, I really wish we had gone directly through VSP.
