BIS Service was deactived before it expired

I activated my Prepaid BIS on the 13/11/2012 for a non recurring BIS. The following month I did the Recurring BIS option around the 11/01/2013. Everything was working fine until they automatically deactivated my BIS on the 02/04/2012 and also automatically reactivated it again without any involvement from me. I recharged my account of the 10/04/2013 and the BIS amount was deducted. Again on the 02/05/2013 my BIS was deactivated again. When I called their call center the are telling me everyone BIS service was deactivated on the 02/04/2013 because people where never charged for it. This is not true because I was charged for my BIS service every month since I activated it on the on the 13/11/2012. It means because of their incompetent with the service I have to loss 10 Days of my BIS which I payed for. I think is time I change to another service provide with better reception quality and who knows what they are doing.
