This is my FIFTH COMPLAINT about Telkom... And once again, I've got the same problem!!
My DSL line is off AGAIN! It was off for a whole week 2 weeks ago, and it was restored!! I was online STUDYING this morning... And there we go again! It is offline!
The staff at the Telkom branch in Menlyn just keep on telling me that "it is a bulk fault."
IF IT IS A BULK FAULT, FIX IT!! I am sick and tired of not being able to complete my daily duties without stress related to my ADSL line! I am paying for THE FASTEST, and so-called "BEST" line Telkom is offering... But just taking R700 a month from a student like myself is just WEAK!
I don't get ANY feedback from ANYONE related to this! If I pay for something, I WANT TO RECEIVE WHAT I AM PAYING FOR!
It's a shame that Telkom is a monopoly!
