Lack of professionalism and customer care

I have handed my phone in on the 11/03/13, signed for by/ or received by Tumelo and was told it will take 3 weeks. When I followed up with them, they had no record of my phone being taken in at the repair centre even though it had been signed for by someone at the repair centre.
So between handing my phone over to them and the courier collecting it to transfer to the mtn repair centre it has gone missing.
No one seems to be bothered to follow up, (which I had to do at my own cost), nor even bother to ensure that the phone was received. This lack lustre service is appauling.
Today 04/04/13 I was told that my will be replaced and is still awaiting to hear when I can collect my handset at the Rosebank store.
