Monday - 25.03.2013, I requested a new contract. I was told that the phone will take 3 days to come in (This was the info received by Kevin the Sales Rep).

When I went there yesterday - 03.04.2013 - There is still no phone. When Kevin checked, he noticed that it will only be at the warehouse 11.04.2013. Then it must still be delivered to him which will take a few more days.

Should I be happy with this turn around time?
