I was involed in a vehicle accident on the 18/05/2013 and OUT assigned SIAS assesor to deal with the investigation process.
The investigor chosen for my matter was Kevin Buddan and ohhh boy what a "tough cookie". Over and above he was THOROUGH on the investigation and left no stone unturned. "Which was stressful for me"
I am happy to say that the matter was concluded within 5 working days (which demonstrates servive efficiency and on time delivery) and Mr Buddan was always following up on outstanding documentstion during the investigation and calm at all the time.
Kevin also honoured our appointment and made it on time (professionalism and punctuality) and he explained the investigation and claim process clearly without arrogance.
